No, not always. We may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons:
Printwear works on to dispatch all the orders placed within 48-72 hrs. The day in which order is placed is counted when its placed before 12 noon.
We made a very efficient production line over time to handle the process effectively to handle sudden surge of orders. We also have partial and full refund of orders in place when there is more delays in dispatching the order. You can contact support team with the order number to know about the same.
We work with third party couriers companies like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, ECom Express and Software Solutions like Shiprocket etc for our logistics operations.
But there may be reasons like partner errors, customer refusing the shipment, not picking call, expecting delayed delivery repeatedly for return to origin (RTO) of shipments. Printwear cannot be held responsible for this. However, we assure we will take our best of efforts to get all orders delivered.
Printful’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think: estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our fulfillment time average is 2–7 business days. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (email@example.com), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.
